Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience: Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and provide recommendations that meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Business Development: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, proactively engage with customers to drive sales, and build a robust pipeline of potential customers.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-presented, maintain accurate inventory records, and provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product demand.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury furniture industry.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong sales and negotiation skills, and ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
