Investment Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our investments team. This role will be based in Gurgaon, India.

This position plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive analysis and research support throughout the entire investment decision-making, risk management, and investment monitoring process.

  • Assist with institutional investing activities across different geographies by collecting and analyzing data, researching investment strategies, constructing portfolios, and performing analytics reports.
  • Work closely with Investment Consultants to deliver high-quality research and analysis to support their client engagements.
  • Gather and analyze complex investment data, synthesize insights, and communicate findings to drive business decisions.
  • Develop asset allocation solutions for institutional clients based on the Investment Policy Statement while incorporating the organization's asset class views.
  • Prepare portfolio evaluation reports detailing market performance, investment results, style exposures, and recommendations for portfolio rebalancing.
  • Recommend investment managers to clients basis various factors such as investment teams, investment processes, risk management, factor/style exposures, and fees.
  • Review and amend investment policy statements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Author research papers on macro/micro economic environments and industry trends.
  • Provide research support on client requests including ESG, Style Analysis, and Asset Class Trends.
  • Manage end-to-end operations and ensure seamless delivery of reports/projects.
  • Lead strategic projects, provide directions to the team, and prepare/ manage KPIs.
  • Participate in defining strategic priorities for the business and focus on new capability development.
  • Drive Process Improvement Initiatives and deliver results in line with Business Priorities.
