Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our mergers and acquisitions team. As VP of M&A Advisory, you will guide clients through strategic transactions, from origination to closing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Leadership: Oversee end-to-end deal execution, including origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial modelling and valuation analysis, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (legal, tax, and regulatory) to ensure seamless transaction execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
