We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our organization. This role will involve working closely with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and investors, providing end-to-end advisory on real estate investments and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and deliver results.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying and engaging with HNI clients to promote premium real estate projects
  • Acting as a financial and investment consultant, advising clients on property investments aligned with their portfolio goals
  • Building and managing long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business
  • Conducting detailed market research and competitor analysis to provide clients with accurate investment insights
  • Driving the complete sales cycle: lead generation, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure
  • Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets
  • Mentoring and supporting junior sales/advisory team members when required

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies
  • Proven track record of handling HNI/UHNI clients and closing high-value transactions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results
