Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive information about products to customers
  • Solve all product or service-related issues of customers efficiently
  • Develop and maintain customer service guidelines
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Develop and deliver effective sales pitches to potential customers
  • Maintain and update customer information regularly
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer queries
  • Compile and analyze customer feedback to enhance services

Requirements:

  • A confident and dynamic individual with a passion for sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Good persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in two languages (English and Hindi)
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Secondary education or higher
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
