Order Management Professional

This role involves the administration of orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for validating orders within two working days, including entering relevant data for sales orders, credit memos, stock rotation RMAs, incorrect shipment RMAs, credit and rebills, service contracts, and checking inventory (VMI, OEM, Parent) per matrix and ATP per order and request for information.

In addition, this professional will arrange for drop shipping or direct shipping as required, generate invoices on a daily basis, and follow up with package movement till delivery via reports indicating status and provided within one day per request.

Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential in this role, as well as the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to process orders within thirty minutes of receipt of calls or emails from clients' customers. The ideal candidate will also be able to work closely with sales representatives to review and clarify any issues or questions with the order, sending emails regarding issues and questions to sales representatives within fifteen minutes.

A strong understanding of CRM systems is also necessary, as this professional will be responsible for updating clients' CRM systems with order information.
