Business Development Executive

This role involves leading the charge in sales and expansion of our client base. It requires a proactive approach, encompassing market research, training other sales professionals, and effective time management to meet sales deadlines.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Strategy: Engage in end-to-end sales, respond to client inquiries, and devise ways to sell products even in challenging markets. Analyze target markets and competition to create strategic engagement plans.
  • Customer Service: Provide superior customer service by making information readily available to clients and addressing their concerns.
  • Research & Analysis: Research the client base to identify new customer segments and develop tailored sales approaches for them.
  • Team Leadership: Train other salespeople and ensure the team meets its sales targets.
  • Scheduling & Reporting: Manage appointments and meetings as needed, and demonstrate superior time management to meet all sales deadlines.
