We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Growth Specialist to spearhead our market development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expanding brand visibility, developing customer bases, and enhancing influencer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive demand through strategic network expansion and consistently meet sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, establish strong relationships with architects and contractors, and generate leads from site visits.
- Maintain a pipeline that optimizes conversion rates, tracks funnel value, and implements corrective actions for underperforming partners/products.
- Organize industry meets to strengthen engagement, drive increased participation in key influencer programs, and provide regular updates to managers and headquarters.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
