Job Overview

The Business Development Manager is a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion and global growth. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, creating and executing strategies to acquire international clients, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing business development plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Hunting for new business opportunities through market research and industry events.
  • Negotiating and closing deals with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth.
  • Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in selling software services and/or products to CXOs.
  • Proven track record of success in selling technology solutions and services.
  • Ability to create and nurture new business opportunities while bringing value to customers.
  • Self-driven, constantly learning, and innovative in your ways of working.
