Job Overview
The Business Development Manager is a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion and global growth. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, creating and executing strategies to acquire international clients, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing business development plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Hunting for new business opportunities through market research and industry events.
- Negotiating and closing deals with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in selling software services and/or products to CXOs.
- Proven track record of success in selling technology solutions and services.
- Ability to create and nurture new business opportunities while bringing value to customers.
- Self-driven, constantly learning, and innovative in your ways of working.
