We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Sales Development Manager to drive revenue growth across all product categories. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and profitability across all product categories.
  2. Manage sales operations to ensure efficient customer service delivery and achieve branch revenue targets.
  3. Enhance the profitability of customers and key accounts through regular analysis and relationship management.
  4. Maintain accurate records of sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales operations within the logistics industry.
