Job Title: Assistant Manager - Growth and Market Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our multiple projects and develop end-to-end GTM strategies.

  • Design and execute GTM plans for multiple projects.
  • Develop customer personas, market segmentation, and competitive differentiation to drive positioning and messaging.
Growth Enablement through Webinars & Events
  • Plan, organize, and execute high-impact webinars and events to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Academics, Operations) to align events/webinars with GTM goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Own tracking and analysis of key performance metrics.
  • Leverage insights to influence product enhancements, pricing strategy, GTM adjustments, and long-term roadmap.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in growth, strategy, revenue, or GTM roles, preferably in EdTech, Consulting, or high-growth startups.
  • Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in building GTM plans, product marketing strategies, growth models.
