Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled educator to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality educational content for our online courses and programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for curriculum development, teaching, assessment, and ensuring the overall quality of programme delivery. They will also manage a large pool of adjunct/guest faculty and teaching assistants, ensuring consistency and excellence in course execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop industry-aligned curricula under the guidance of senior faculty or programme directors.
  • Teach and facilitate courses in certificate programmes, focusing on delivering engaging learning experiences.
  • Grade assignments and assessments, providing timely feedback to students.
  • Participate in guest faculty coordination, helping ensure programme quality in collaboration with senior faculty.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and trends in relevant industries to ensure that courses reflect the most current practices, technologies, and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: AI, business analytics, GenAI & NLP applications, full stack AI, MLOps, cyber security, cloud computing, DevOps, software application development.
  • Experience working with and delivering complex, large-scale technology projects.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years industry experience in the above areas.
