Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Admission Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in academic counselling and will be responsible for managing front-desk inquiries and conducting on-call consultations for prospective students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in inquiries at the front desk.
  • Counsel students and parents on admission processes and programme options.
  • Conduct on-call consultations to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion of leads.
  • Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their academic background and aspirations.
  • Manage and update student data in CRM or internal systems.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of students by coordinating with academic and operations teams.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all prospective students.
  • Participate in seminars, open houses, and promotional events as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We require a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline, preferably with a science background. A minimum of 13 years of experience in academic/admission counselling is necessary, with a strong preference for IIT-JEE counselling experience.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in handling student queries both in-person and over the phone.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
