Job Title: Academic Guidance Specialist

Job Description:
Azent Overseas Education is seeking a highly skilled Academic Guidance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for guiding students through the process of studying abroad, providing them with expert advice and support every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Possess in-depth knowledge of various destinations around the world, particularly Germany and other European countries.
2. Provide personalized guidance to students based on their academic background, career aspirations, and personal interests.
3. Offer comprehensive information about universities, courses, admission requirements, and application procedures.
4. Assist students in preparing and reviewing their application documents, including forms, essays, SOPs, and CVs.
5. Advise students on visa requirements, financial planning, and scholarship opportunities.
6. Manage the entire student lifecycle, from initial counseling to visa processing.
7. Conduct orientation sessions for students on living and studying abroad, helping them prepare for the challenges they may face.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest international education policies, admission deadlines, and university updates.
9. Foster strong relationships with universities and academic institutions abroad, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation.
10. Handle student queries efficiently through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
11. Maintain accurate records of student applications and follow up until admission or visa completion.
12. Support marketing and promotional activities such as seminars, education fairs, and webinars.

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of international education systems and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred
