CNC Programming Job Opening

We are seeking a skilled CNC programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs for various machines. Your expertise in G-code, CAD/CAM software, tooling, and machining processes will ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Create, write, and test CNC programs for sawjet, CNC polisher, mills, and lathes.
  • Machining Requirements: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
  • Cutting Tool Selection: Choose suitable cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize existing programs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.
  • Troubleshooting: Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes.
  • Inspections and Support: Conduct first-article inspections and support production with technical expertise.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation and program archives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Engineering Background: Engineering graduate with a B.Tech Mech preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (2-3 years preferred).
  • CAM Software Proficiency: Proficiency with CAM software, such as Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks, etc.
  • G-code Understanding: Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations.
  • Material Familiarity: Familiarity with various materials, including metal, wood, stone, aluminum, steel, etc.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
