Job Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to lead multiple campaigns and drive operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations, long-term strategic goals, and ensure world-class service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-performing teams across several campaigns, overseeing daily operations and strategic goals.
  • Directly supervise and mentor senior operations managers, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
  • Develop team and individual goals, execute strategies to meet those goals, and track progress through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Optimize staffing, including handling temporary coverage and training new team members.
  • Maintain daily communication with department heads, campaign leaders, and senior management to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Promote a culture of open communication, frontline empowerment, and employee recognition.
  • Resolve complex operational and client-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent client service across all campaigns.
  • Support the director of operations in designing and refining operational procedures and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in business process operations or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams, with experience overseeing at least 600 full-time equivalents (FTEs).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and written.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • High level of professionalism, resilience, and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
