Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our sales team at NVD Technology Services Pvt. Ltd.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales department to sell telecommunication services to our US customers during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. US Calling Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of US calling experience in a sales process, with a proven track record of exceptional sales skills.

2. Night Shift Working

The representative will be required to work in a night shift environment, adapting to the demands of selling services to US customers.

3. Sales of Top US Clients

The successful candidate must be comfortable selling to top US clients, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Customer Support and Service

He/She will work with end customers to provide them with exceptional service and support, ensuring their needs are met.

5. Meeting Targets and Reporting

The Telecommunications Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting targets assigned by the team lead and preparing weekly and monthly reports as required.

6. Adherence to Company Norms

He/She will strictly adhere to the norms set by the company, which pertain to customer handling, leads management, and security management.
