About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated Experience Manager to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in event management, curation, creativity, brand engagement, and executing events.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish.
  • Contribute creative ideas for event themes, activities, and presentations.
  • Manage logistics such as venue booking, catering, and event materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
  • Support in managing event budgets and expenses.
  • Engage with attendees, speakers, and partners to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Manage on-site event operations to ensure everything runs according to plan.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and provide quick and effective solutions.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including vendors, participants, and internal teams.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software is a plus.

Compensation Package: ₹8-12 lakhs per annum
