About the Role
H&M Group is a fashion brand that offers the latest styles and inspiration. We are looking for a Sales Team Member who will deliver the best customer experience and contribute to the store's sales and profit.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide great customer experience and offer assistance to customers.
- Fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments to maximise selling opportunities.
- Actively process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
- Support customer purchases and returns in the register.
- Foster a positive interaction with colleagues and customers.

You should be flexible and able to adjust to changing circumstances and customer needs, and be able to take initiatives and independently address customers' needs.
