Front Office Team Member

Key Responsibilities:
As a Front Office-Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across all front of house activities. This includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and delivering quality meals. You will also be empowered to move about the hotel, taking ownership of the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel with a "guest first" mindset.
Requirements:
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Speak with others using clear and professional language
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
- Support team to reach common goals
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, no related work experience, no supervisory experience, and no license or certification required.
