Expert Technical Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technical team and drive project success. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java, SAP HANA, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Java, SAP HANA, RDBMS, REST Services, OData Services, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ensuring adherence to best practices in coding standards, software architecture, and performance optimization.
  • Reviewing technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Overseeing integration between backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (SAP UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Managing workload distribution, task assignments, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Driving continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.
  • Serving as the technical point of contact for escalations and complex problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)
    • SAP HANA (database design, SQL, stored procedures)
    • SAP UI5 / Fiori
    • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
    • System integration with SAP or enterprise applications

Desirable Skills

  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Git, modern front-end frameworks, security standards, and performance optimization.
