Job Title: Android Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Android Lead to join our team. This role will involve leading the development of our mobile applications using MAUI and Android.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of mobile applications using MAUI and Android.
  • Analyze and understand existing systems, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Migrate shared/common codebase while ensuring compatibility with the Windows environment.
  • Design and implement a modern mobile UI/UX layer that aligns with existing business processes.
  • Tackle complex development and integration challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in software development, with proven experience in leading development teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of C# and Android development.
  • Mandatory Multi-Platform App UI expertise.
  • Experience with modern software architectures (e.g., microservices).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and services (e.g., Azure).
  • Knowledge of migrating desktop applications to mobile platforms.
Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to overcome technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and architecture specifications.
