Job Opportunity

As a Flutter developer at moonpreneur-inc, you will be responsible for creating high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework for iOS and Android platforms.

  • Mobile App Development: Develop and build high-quality mobile applications using Flutter ensuring performance, scalability, and best practices. Design user interfaces that meet clients' expectations and requirements.
  • Customer Training & Instruction: Provide instructor-led training sessions on Flutter app development to clients in Western countries. Facilitate learning by providing clear explanations and hands-on experience with real-world examples.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to develop and deliver projects that meet clients' needs. Assist in training new team members as required.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Capture feedback from every session and student, updating it in the database and sharing with senior management for review.
  • Effective Communication: Possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with international students and clients. Ensure seamless delivery of training sessions through various online platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
  • Project Management: Organize and deliver sessions for students after onboarding and training. Maintain proper communication with students and parents to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Group Projects & Coordination: Work collaboratively with other instructors on group projects, supporting the effective delivery of training and meeting client expectations.
  • Student Assessment & Feedback: Regularly assess students' progress and provide detailed feedback to customers, enabling them to improve learning outcomes.

Required Skills:

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of coding (Flutter or React Native) with hands-on experience in building mobile applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with international students and clients.
  • Online Platforms: Familiarity with online delivery and meeting platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, as well as proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Customer Service: Ability to maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.
