About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.

Requirements

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Sales / Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Automotive industry.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
