Job Title:

Client Servicing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional in account management and client servicing with mandatory experience of handling healthcare clients to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns that meet client objectives, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Develop and present client proposals, strategic plans, and campaign materials, ensuring alignment with client goals, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget constraints.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews, providing updates on project progress, insights, and recommendations to drive campaign success and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, gather competitive insights, and leverage data analytics to contribute to account planning, strategic recommendations, and campaign optimization efforts.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth, and ensuring team cohesion and collaboration.
Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in handling healthcare clients with relevant skills and qualifications.

PG or Graduate in related fields with good knowledge and understanding of the subject matter.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
