Job Title:

About the Role:
  • The Client Servicing Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships and understanding client needs.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns that meet client objectives and quality standards.
  • Develop and present client proposals, strategic plans, and campaign materials ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, resources effectively, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews providing updates on project progress and insights to drive campaign success.
  • Analyze market trends, gather competitive insights, and leverage data analytics to contribute to account planning and strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members fostering their professional growth and team cohesion.
Key Responsibilities:
