As a Client Service Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our team to deliver exceptional results for our healthcare clients. We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong account management skills and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires someone who can manage cross-functional project teams to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns. You will be responsible for developing client proposals, strategic plans, and campaign materials, ensuring alignment with client goals, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.

  1. Servicing as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service.
  2. Leading cross-functional project teams to develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns that meet client objectives, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  3. Developing and presenting client proposals and strategic plans that align with client goals, brand guidelines, and industry best practices.
  4. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget constraints.
  5. Conducting regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to provide updates on project progress, insights, and recommendations to drive campaign success and client satisfaction.
  6. Analyzing market trends, gathering competitive insights, and leveraging data analytics to contribute to account planning, strategic recommendations, and campaign optimization efforts.
  7. Mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster their professional growth and ensure team cohesion and collaboration.

This role requires 5-7 years of experience in handling healthcare clients, with a postgraduate degree or equivalent in related fields. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
