Job Description

Seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to spearhead growth initiatives and drive client acquisition in the healthcare PR space.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in PR or healthcare communications, coupled with a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for business planning, strategic account overview, sales initiatives, and business development for the PR vertical.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying growth opportunities
  • Managing client relationships
  • Formulating strategies to expand the company's healthcare PR division
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 8–15 years of experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in healthcare communications, PR, or healthcare marketing
  • A strong background in PR or healthcare communications
  • Experience in sales and account management
  • Proven business development skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • A postgraduate degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
