About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

You will coordinate the delivery of various services offered by our Support team, including responding to inquiries via email and phone, data migrations, live phone training, and reconfiguration.

This role requires positive, self-motivated professionals with customer support experience and an affinity for technology products and innovation.

We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in a technical support function, preferably in a SaaS environment. Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and proficiency in Excel fundamentals are also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with product feature functionality questions
  • Coordinate delivery of various services offered by the Support team
  • Respond to inquiries via email and phone
  • Data migrations, live phone training, and reconfiguration
  • Troubleshoot issues in the system and work with internal teams to resolve them

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support function
  • SaaS environment experience is highly preferred
  • Confident working in Pacific Time Zone is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (ZenDesk experience is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate combination of education and experience
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems quickly and cost-effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Collaborate with development, product management, and customer onboarding functions
