Job Title: Hotel Services Manager

This is a unique opportunity to work in a 5-star hotel level serviced apartment with modern, upscale home-like set-up.

The property caters to major foreign guests including Japanese, German, French, Italian, American, Russian, Korean, Chinese, Singaporean, Malaysian, Indonesian, UAE, and Indian nationals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient check-ins, check-outs, billing, and administration.
  • Administer front office functions, implementing policies, systems, and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Perform tasks such as answering phone calls, emails, responding to inquiries, and ensuring billing and recovery.
  • Monitor and oversee all guest services on a daily basis, identifying critical guests and VIP arrivals.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, drafting documents, presentations, and professional emails.
  • Cultivate a hospitality attitude, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving disputes or grievances calmly.
  • Demonstrate thorough organization and supervisory skills, working as part of a team, and having patience, negotiation skills, and good communication abilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in 4/5-star hotels.
