
Insurance Industry Business Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for employee benefit broking in alignment with national goals.
- Prospect and acquire mid to large corporates for group insurance broking services including GHI, GTL, GPA, and voluntary benefits.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across major cities in the West; drive performance and market penetration.
Requirements:
- Experience: 15+ years in employee benefit broking or corporate insurance sales; minimum 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Insurance, or related fields. III/IRDA certifications preferred.
