Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Web Operations Manager to manage our online assets, including the website, micro-sites, and landing pages.

This role is responsible for enhancing our online marketing effectiveness and achieving business goals by gathering specifications and requirements from cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will maintain the website (WordPress), micro-sites, and landing pages (custom CMS and Contentful), optimize assets for web vitals, scalability, and user inputs, and maintain change logs and documentation.

Additionally, this role will anticipate and track operational risks and offer solutions, work with the global product marketing team to ensure proper execution of operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions, and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather specifications and requirements from cross-functional teams
  • Maintain the website (WordPress), micro-sites, and landing pages (custom CMS and Contentful)
  • Optimize assets for web vitals, scalability, and user inputs
  • Maintain change logs and documentation
  • Anticipate and track operational risks and offer solutions
  • Work with the global product marketing team to ensure proper execution of operational, promotional, technology, and compliance functions
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Coordinate and maintain marketing webinars, offering live back-end support
  • Maintain workflows by coordinating with cross-functional departments
Required Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Applications or relevant experience.

Front-end Development Experience: 4+ years of experience in front-end development.

Programming Skills: Strong programming skills and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs.

Knowledge of PHP: Knowledge of PHP is a plus.

Project Management Skills: Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills and understanding of the marketing funnel.
