Job Title: IT Asset Management

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our end-to-end IT asset management processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT asset management and software asset management tools, with a solid understanding of license models and hands-on experience in software license optimization and audits.

This role involves working closely with procurement, finance, security, and IT operations teams to ensure cost optimization and compliance, while driving process improvements and automation within ITAM/SAM practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end IT asset management processes.
  • Lead software asset management lifecycle including license management, compliance audits, procurement, renewals, and optimization.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cost optimization and compliance.
  • Perform software discovery, reconciliation, and compliance checks across multiple publishers.
  • Provide strategic inputs for vendor negotiations and contract renewals.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within ITAM/SAM practice.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in IT asset management and software asset management tools.
  • Solid understanding of license models and hands-on experience in software license optimization and audits.
  • Ability to manage hardware asset lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
