Asset Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of asset-related data, including property information, lease agreements, and financial transactions.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports. They will also have strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documents.

In addition to these skills, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.

The Asset Management Professional will serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, including property managers, leasing agents, and other support teams. They will provide administrative assistance to the Asset Management team, including scheduling meetings and identifying contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of asset-related data.
  • Organize, store, and retrieve asset-related documents.
  • Prepare reports on asset performance, including budget variance and insurance status.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Asset Management team.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records and documents.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and asset management software.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Typically required in a field such as real estate, finance, business, or related field.
