About This Position

As a seasoned inventory management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets and consumables within our Hyderabad office. Your primary goal will be to ensure the security, accountability, and efficient management of sensitive equipment within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of managing end-to-end inventory operations with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to Operational Excellence.
  • Collaborate with the IT Services team in India to facilitate shipping, receiving, warehousing, and managing inventory operations.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and industry regulations related to warehousing, health, safety, and shipping requirements.
  • Develop and implement robust security procedures to safeguard warehouse operations and contents.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in employee performance management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3 years of Amazon blue badge FTE experience.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including shift work, weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Proven experience in warehousing and logistics management.
  • Effective people management skills with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT asset and infrastructure management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
