We're currently looking for a Senior Analyst//Team Leader//AM//Manager - Asset Management and I think you could be a good fit. Job Title: Senior Analyst//Team Leader//AM//Manager - Asset Management - IC Role

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid Model)

Job Overview:

- Advanced Excel proficiency, including modelling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
- Strong accounting knowledge, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to:
- Evaluating asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks
- Identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements
- Synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team
- Critical thinker who actively questions assumptions, seeks clarity, and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting
- Clear communicator who can relay financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner
- Project management skills, including:
- Ability to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects and deadlines
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Collaborative attitude, comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership
- Experience with Yardi / StarRez, is a plus
