We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Process Owner for Asset and Configuration Management.
Job Details- Role: Process Owner for Asset and Configuration Management
- Experience: 13 to 18 years
- Location: Hyderabad, India (Permanent Role)
This is a permanent position with a renowned pharmaceutical company that values innovation, quality, and excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing or owning the Asset process and possess strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks demonstrated by ITIL certification beyond ITIL foundations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 12+ years of experience in IT Service Management or a related discipline
- Proven track record in managing or owning the Asset process
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks demonstrated by ITIL certification beyond ITIL foundations
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy
- 6+ years of experience leading Services/teams or service management process execution
