Allegis is partnering with one of the leading pharmaceutical client, headquartered in the USA, currently expanding their development center in Hyderabad, India. We are seeking to fill the position of Process Owner for Event Management

Position Details:

  • Role: Process Owner for Asset and Configuration Management
  • Experience: 13 to 18 years
  • Location: Hyderabad, India (Permanent Role)

About the Opportunity:

This is a permanent position with a renowned pharmaceutical company that values innovation, quality, and excellence.

Basic Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)


• 12+ years of experience in IT Service Management or a related discipline.


• Proven track record in managing or owning the Asset process


• Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 frameworks demonstrated by ITIL certification beyond ITIL foundations


• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.


• 6+ years of experience leading Services/teams or service management process execution
