Asset Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management professional to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, with expertise in evaluating asset performance and identifying key trends and anomalies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate asset performance against budget and historical benchmarks.
  • Analyze financial statements to identify key trends, anomalies, and KPIs.
  • Synthesize findings into actionable insights for the asset management team.
  • Work independently to uncover causes and performance drivers.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in asset management.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong accounting knowledge, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Project management skills, including coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress.
  • Experience with Yardi / StarRez, a plus.

This is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad, India.
