About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to oversee the management of contracts and assets within our ServiceNow platform.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of asset/contract management professionals, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Understand operational requirements, research best practices, and maintain high performance standards.
  • Ensure all assets/contracts are properly managed, tracked, and renewed as necessary, minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency.
  • Oversee the use and management of assets within the ServiceNow platform, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance contract and asset management, leveraging expertise and knowledge.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and senior management, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, upholding the highest standards of governance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on contract and asset management activities, providing valuable insights.
  • Develop and lead training programs for team members, promoting skill development and career growth.
  • Demonstrate Computacenter's winning together values, embodying a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Manage resourcing requirements, optimizing resource allocation and productivity.
  • Cultivate a team environment that promotes exceptional interactions, fosters a positive work culture, and ensures staff members perform at a consistently high level.
  • Attend to correspondence and liaise closely with functional teams for day-to-day operations.
  • Act on team member feedback, resolving issues and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Apply matrix organization guidelines, navigating complex organizational structures.

Your Requirements

  • Prior experience in contract management and asset management, preferably within the ServiceNow platform, with 7 to 12 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new working conditions and deliver outcomes, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
  • Curiosity to understand systems, processes, and people, driving innovation and results.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and other relevant software tools, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Prior experience working in a matrix organization, with a understanding of its dynamics and complexities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and opinions effectively.
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field is often preferred, but not always required.
