Job Title: Asset Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage the entire IT asset lifecycle, track and maintain records of hardware and software inventory, and coordinate IMAC activities efficiently.

  • Manage the entire IT asset lifecycle — from procurement to retirement, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of all assets.
  • Track and maintain records of hardware and software inventory, utilizing ITSM tools for seamless data management.
  • Coordinate IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and prior experience handling IT assets, IMAC processes, and reporting. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure asset-related data is up-to-date and accurately documented in ITSM tools.
  • Prepare and maintain regular asset reports using MS Excel, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA commitments related to asset handling, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support audits by maintaining accurate and complete asset records, demonstrating transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with procurement, IT support, and other internal teams to drive asset management initiatives forward.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the asset lifecycle process, including procurement, deployment, and retirement.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (data tracking, reporting), as well as proficiency in ITSM tools.
  • Familiarity with IMAC, SLA, and ITSM processes/tools, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Attention to detail and process-driven mindset, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
