Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM, 6 days a week
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage actively with prospective students to generate leads
- Audit and qualify leads based on their interest and fit for our courses
- Establish meaningful relationships with prospective students by offering valuable information on course details, benefits, and career opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads and conversion into enrolled students
