Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead sales and partnerships across schools, colleges, and universities in the APTS region. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by building relationships and expanding our presence in the education sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities in various sales segments.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within each identified segment.
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve regional targets from all sales segments.
  • Strategically target and guide the team to acquire new clients in diverse sales segments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for each sales segment.
  • Explore upselling opportunities and additional revenue streams within each segment.
  • Participate in marketing events and exhibitions.
  • Drive business expansion by identifying and developing sales in new markets.
  • Maintain a well-organized pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of experience in institutional sales, a strong network in the education sector, and fluency in Telugu.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the APTS region.
