Operational Facilities Specialist

A seasoned facilities professional will lead daily property operations and manage client activities for assigned properties or facilities.

Strong relationships with clients are essential in this position, as the main point of contact, you will address any facilities-related concerns. Additionally, you will oversee site accounting and financial operations, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to deliver quality work practices according to contract and budget.
