Job Title: Strategic Workforce Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Strategic Workforce Specialist. As the ideal candidate, you will possess a deep understanding of retail business objectives and be able to create strategic recommendations to drive growth.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. If you have 3-6 years of experience in human resources, preferably in retail, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving Governance on HR Metrics: You will analyze and report on staffing, retention, engagement, and cost metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Engaging with Regional Managers: You will collaborate with regional managers to develop recruitment strategies, compensation plans, and employee relations initiatives.
  • Ensuring Employee Satisfaction: You will lead efforts to improve employee satisfaction and development through training, mentoring, and leading HR initiatives.
  • Implementing Change Initiatives: You will work with store staff to implement change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.
  • Managing HR Operations: You will oversee HR operations, induction, performance management, employee relations, and exit processes.
  • Coaching Managers: You will coach individual managers on growing their management and leadership capabilities.
  • Developing HR Policies: You will own and drive HR policies and directives, ensuring smooth implementation across the organization.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years' experience in human resources, preferably in retail.
  • Ability to manage big teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Conversational proficiency in Hindi and English.
