Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to assume a leadership role in driving organisational change and people initiatives.

This is not a routine HR position, but an opportunity to shape systems, drive compliance and rebuild processes in a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior management in steering strategic change and workforce development initiatives.
  • Take ownership of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance and employee relations.
  • Assist in crafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation, databases and MIS reports.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, ensuring clarity, transparency and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce data to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of HR experience preferably in a manufacturing/engineering/industrial background.
  • Completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bengali/Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance and payroll.
  • Ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability.
  • Hands-on attitude with strong Excel and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating change and helping establish new HR systems & processes.
  • Resilient, trustworthy and aligned with values of integrity, discipline and responsibility.
