Job Opportunity: IT Service Delivery Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure delivery of high-quality IT services, meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead incident, problem, change, and release management processes to minimize downtime and maximize system availability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage scope, timelines, and delivery of IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver effective IT solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications: ITIL (mandatory)
  • 8+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and service management tools.
  • Working knowledge of platforms like Office 365 suite.
  • Experience in managing hybrid environments (cloud and on-premise).

Service Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain and improve the IT service catalog and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Compliance & Governance:

  • Ensure IT services comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support audits and risk assessments related to IT service delivery.

Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
