About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Executive to lead our delivery team in ensuring timely and high-quality solutions to clients.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project managers, developers, and architects specializing in Salesforce delivery, migration, and implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the delivery of projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and effective problem-solving.
  • To support hiring and training initiatives to enhance the team's capabilities and deliver exceptional service.
  • To work closely with clients to meet their needs, effectively manage their expectations, and engage in delivery governance forums.
  • To build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, collaborating on strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
  • To collaborate with pursuit teams for technical solution design, estimation, planning, commercials, and proposal presentation.
  • To manage a high-growth portfolio with annual revenue of USD 15M to USD 20M, tracking and controlling operational parameters such as utilization, pyramid, and margin.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of delivering complex projects in the healthcare and life sciences domain, preferably working with customers in Clinical, Pharma, Healthcare Payer, and Provider sectors.
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory aspects applicable to the HLS industry and the ability to speak customer language in various discussions.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading highly skilled teams, team leaders, and product developers to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Able to learn required domain and technology necessary for the program/area of engagement.
  • Proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with a mix of T&M and fixed-price engagements.
  • Ability to engage with CxOs/VPs/Director-level stakeholders and communicate effectively.
