
HR Contact Center Associate

As a HR Contact Center Associate, you will be the first point of contact for Amazon employees worldwide, handling inbound and outbound calls regarding their HR queries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving and resolving queries from employees via phone or chat
- Logging contacts into the shared service case management system
- Responding to inquiries regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance, payroll deductions, etc.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- A bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1-10 years of experience in international voice process
- Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, decision making, and problem solving skills
