About the RoleEthyx has recently closed a funding round at INR 12 crore valuation and is building a next-generation trust infrastructure for MSME and SHG finance. The platform converges finance, technology, and sustainability, enabling dignified growth journeys for small entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:- Create deal memos for program-linked MSME credit rails, driving partnerships and growth.
- Bulk up outreach maps and slots for key stakeholders, including FMO, GuarantCo, DFID/FCDO windows, and more.
- Develop structures menus for program credit lines, first-loss guarantees, and pay-as-we-save models.
- Implement lock escrow/E-NACH/pay out stacks, term-sheet templates, and fee schedules.
- Day 30: Booked calls, NDAs signed, and LoIs for program-linked facilities.
- Day 60: Two term-sheet drafts in play, compliance packs ready, pricing and RAS sheets aligned.
- Day 90: Anchor facility conditionally approved, collections and treasury flows dry-run.
We seek a co-founder with self-initiative, resilience, and financial commitment: contribute ₹50 lakhs in capital for 3.5% equity.
